Refunds can be sent to customers directly from the Shoper platform.
Refunds are sent to the bank account from which the customer made the payment. Blue Media is responsible for handling the process.
Funds deposited by your customer will be transferred to your account the very next day.

Not only is the service competitive, but it also allows them to use solutions expected by the customers. Within two years of its launch, over 9,000 stores have already activated the service on our platform.

Add products with descriptions and photos. Make sure that the terms and conditions contain company information (name, address, tax identification number).
When you log in, the desktop opens, with a menu on the left.
Select: Settings (Ustawienia) >> Order handling (Obsługa zamowień)
Find a tab called: Payment methods (Formy płatności), then click Activate (Aktywuj).
When you press Activate (Aktywuj), a form will be displayed to completed and submitted.
Remember that the information you enter must be true and valid. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, it may complicate or completely prevent the verification and the implementation of Shoper payments in your online store.
Important: please provide a valid email address, so we can contact you.
When you complete and submit the form, you will see the activation link you need to click to send a verification transfer for the amount of PLN 19.
Please remember that the account number for the verification transfer must match the one you provided in the form. Otherwise, it will not be possible to activate Shoper payments in your store.
In the next step, select your bank and send the transfer. The activation amount is non-refundable.
If you do not find your bank, select the option: I have an account at another bank (Mam konto w innym banku) and follow the on-screen instructions. Please ensure that both the account number and details are correct as the verification transfer is non-refundable.
Select this option when you want to use your business billing account. Otherwise, the payment gateway will automatically redirect you to the login screen for individual customers, which will prevent the process from being carried out correctly.
All done! When the Shoper Payments verification is successful, they will appear in the Configuration (Konfiguracja) >> Sales & Delivery (Sprzedaż & Dostawa) >> Payments (Płatności) tab (as an instant transfer).
If the verification is unsuccessful, you will receive an e-mail from us with a request to provide correct information.
Based on this, you will be able to make all necessary changes and go through the verification process again.
Remember not to turn off your store during the verification process.
