What are recurring BLIK payments?

Thanks to recurring BLIK payments, your customers do not have to remember to pay their bills on time.

User-friendly

No bank account details or payment card details are required. The recurring BLIK payments are managed in the ING mobile and Bank Pekao SA applications.

Convenient

Thanks to recurring payments, the customers no longer have to worry about payment deadlines, and the service providers can rest assured that the bills will be paid on time.

Useful

Recurring BLIK payments can be used to pay for telecommunications services, subscriptions, or insurance policies. You can use them, for example, to pay the Play mobile network bills.

How do recurring BLIK payments work for Play customers?

Instead of entering card details or approvals for direct debit, the customer selects the BLIK payment on the Play website.

Then, they enter a BLIK code and confirm the transaction in the mobile application with a PIN.

Play then sends information on the payment cycle to save: frequency and subscription end.

Based on the information obtained Play, we debit the customer's account with the appropriate amount as part of the saved recurring payment.
